Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Processing freight
2. Assisting with price changes and markdowns
3. Balancing registers according to company policy
4. Calling out prices for customers during transactions
5. Bags merchandise efficiently after transactions
6. Handling cash, checks, and credit cards correctly following company policy
7. Obtaining management approval for returns, voids, and checks when needed
8. Maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping duties
9. Providing excellent customer service, including greeting, assisting fitting room policies, ringing up transactions promptly, thanking customers, and inviting return visits
10. Following all safety procedures
11. Maintaining a professional, neat appearance, including wearing a name tag
12. Assisting management with merchandising and stock level management
13. Supporting management with various tasks per company policy
14. Explaining exchange and refund policies to customers
15. Assisting Store Manager with Loss Prevention procedures, including preventing shoplifting and cash losses, reporting theft, and following operational policies

Job Requirements
