Job Title: Store Sales Associate at Citi Trends

Citi Trends is seeking a dedicated Store Sales Associate to join our team at one of the largest chains in the value-priced urban apparel industry. We are growing, and this is a great opportunity to lead the way.

Responsibilities

• Processing freight and assisting with price changes/markdowns
• Balancing registers according to company policy
• Calling out prices during transactions and bagging merchandise efficiently
• Handling cash, checks, and credit cards correctly and following company policies
• Obtaining management approval for returns, voids, and checks as needed
• Maintaining store cleanliness and safety procedures
• Providing excellent customer service, including greeting, fitting room assistance, and thanking customers
• Assisting with merchandising and loss prevention efforts
• Explaining exchange and refund policies to customers

Job Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
