Citi Trends is seeking a dedicated Store Sales Associate to join our team at one of the largest chains in the value-priced urban apparel industry. We are growing, offering opportunities for leadership and growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Processing freight
2. Assisting with price changes and markdowns
3. Balancing registers according to company policy
4. Calling out prices for customers during transactions
5. Bags merchandise efficiently upon completing transactions
6. Handling cash, checks, and credit cards correctly as per company policy
7. Obtaining management approval for returns, voids, and checks when necessary
8. Maintaining store cleanliness and housekeeping duties
9. Providing excellent customer service, including greeting, assisting fitting room policies, ringing transactions promptly, and thanking customers
10. Following all safety procedures
11. Maintaining a professional appearance, including wearing a name tag
12. Assisting management with merchandising and stock level management
13. Supporting management with tasks as requested
14. Explaining exchange and refund policies to customers
15. Assisting with Loss Prevention efforts, including preventing shoplifting and reporting incidents

Job Requirements
