Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Processing freight and assisting with price changes/markdowns
2. Balancing registers according to company policy
3. Calling out prices for customers during transactions
4. Bags merchandise efficiently upon transaction completion
5. Handling cash, checks, and credit cards correctly and per company policy
6. Obtaining management approval for returns, voids, and checks when necessary
7. Maintaining store cleanliness and housekeeping duties
8. Providing excellent customer service, including greeting, fitting room policies, timely service, and expressing gratitude
9. Following all safety procedures
10. Maintaining a professional appearance, including wearing a name tag
11. Assisting management with merchandising and other tasks as requested
12. Explaining exchange and refund policies to customers
13. Participating in loss prevention efforts, including theft prevention and reporting
