Job Title: Store Sales Associate at Citi Trends

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Processing freight and assisting with price changes/markdowns
• Balancing registers according to company policy
• Calling out prices for customers during transactions
• Bags merchandise efficiently and handles cash, checks, and credit cards correctly
• Obtains management approval for returns, voids, and checks
• Maintains store cleanliness and safety procedures
• Provides excellent customer service, including greeting, fitting room policies, and thanking customers
• Assists with merchandising and loss prevention tasks
• Explains exchange/refund policies to customers
