• Obtain management approval for returns, voids, and checks
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety procedures
• Provide excellent customer service, including greeting, fitting room policies, timely ringing, and thanking customers
• Assist with merchandising and stock levels
• Explain exchange and refund policies to customers
• Support loss prevention efforts, including theft prevention and reporting
