Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team in the United States. You will own remodels, new store openings, and special projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding top quality standards.

You’ll supervise hourly team members and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track. Expect frequent travel across the US to project sites and to manage plans, changes, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Masters in Business is preferred and listed as a qualification.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores and clubs across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members and manage escalations.
• Coordinate with store leadership to minimize impact on store operations.
• Travel frequently to project sites across the US and manage project plans and changes.
