Job summary

Walmart Realty is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the United States. You will own project delivery, manage budgets, and ensure quality standards while coordinating with store teams.

Expect overnight shifts and frequent travel, up to 1000 miles, with collaboration across store leadership. A business-related degree and project management experience are required; Master’s and PMP certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Master’s degree in Business is preferred, along with 1 year leading cross-functional teams and PMP/PMI certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores. Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and partner with store leadership to keep projects on track.
• Travel frequently across the US to support remodels, new stores, and special projects.
