Job summary

Walmart Realty Execution is seeking a leader to own store remodels, new store builds, and special projects across the United States. You will supervise hourly staff, collaborate with store leadership, and address escalations while traveling frequently to project sites.

Expect primarily overnight shifts with long travel periods as needed. This role offers exposure to a wide range of projects and opportunities for career growth within Walmart’s Realty Execution team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of PM experience, or 3 years in PM/space management/store design/operations/data analysis.
• Experience leading people or cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 1,000 miles from home for project work.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of store remodels, new stores and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members and coordinate with store leads; manage escalations.
• Travel frequently to project sites; travel up to 1,000 miles; be away from home for extended periods.
