Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in retail construction or refurbishment.
• Experience managing multiple outside vendors, contractors, and resources.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, plans, and specifications.
• Strong project scheduling and workload management skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage master schedules, construction schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Lead multiple store refurbishment and construction projects simultaneously.
• Review plans and construction documents with Design teams and provide guidance.
• Ensure projects align with brand standards, budgets, and timelines.
• Prepare and respond to RFPs, bid analysis, and vendor recommendations.
• Oversee project budgets, invoices, and change orders.
