Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• AA degree preferred.
• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with the Store team.
• Excellent Customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts.
• Must comply with all applicable laws and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence at store entrances/exits and sales floor.
• greet customers and associates in a courteous manner to deter theft.
• Partner with Store Leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives.
• Monitor for potential theft indicators and address them as directed.
• Assist in minimizing operational shortage through prevention initiatives.
• Support company safety policies and emergency procedures.
