Qualifications

• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training.
• One year loss prevention/security training.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with the Store team.
• Excellent Customer service skills.
• Proven ability to effectively resolve conflict.
• Must be able to comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations for security positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor.
• Assist Store Leadership to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Greet customers and monitor for safety issues.
• Remove clutter and ensure safe egress to emergency exits.
• Deliver customer service and answer questions.
• Partner with leadership to comply with Loss Prevention directives.
• Monitor for theft indicators and communicate with leadership.
• Train and educate Associates on shortage reduction initiatives.
• Support operational shortage minimization and observe checkout procedures.
