Job summary

Loro Piana offers a Store Planning & Facilities Intern position in New York to support our Store Planning and Retail Facilities teams. You will assist in new store openings, relocations, and expansions while managing facilities invoices and SAP workflows.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong MS Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Planning project managers with timelines, logs, and deliverables for new store openings, expansions, and relocations.
• Organize, maintain, and distribute architectural drawings, space plans, and design specification packages to internal teams and external vendors.
• Coordinate communications with consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to meet project milestones.
• Prepare status reports, presentation decks, and visual documentation for project reviews.
• Own end-to-end invoice processing for the Facilities team in SAP; verify and route for approval.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and track monthly facilities expenditures against budgets.
• Maintain organized digital archives of contracts, service agreements, and financial documentation.
• Assist with routine facilities administration and coordinate minor maintenance work orders.
