Job summary

Loro Piana, a luxury Maison within the LVMH group, seeks an Operations Specialist for the Miami Design District store. The role focuses on inventory control, stock replenishment, and shipment coordination to ensure seamless store operations.

• Strong knowledge of inventory control and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Optimize inventory flow and shipments, ensuring accurate processing and transfers.
• Move merchandise from stockroom to sales floor and maintain inventory levels.
• Perform cycle counts and audits to verify quantities and conditions.
• Support security inspections and display preparation to protect stock.
• Organize warehouse layout for efficient access by sales team.
• Maintain clean, labeled stock rooms and coordinate with couriers for timely deliveries.
• Provide inventory updates to the sales team to aid performance.
