Job summary

The Coordinator, Store Planning (Temporary Assignment) at Brobston Group LLC supports the Americas Store Planning team across the U.S., Canada, Mexico and LATAM from Miami. You will help coordinate new openings, renovations, and repairs, ensuring brand standards, timelines and budgets are met while liaising with HQ, local teams and external partners.

Travel to boutiques up to 30% and cross‑market collaboration across multiple time zones are required.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in store planning, architecture, construction, or project coordination.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, MS Office.
  • Knowledge of shopfitting, construction, and materials.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across time zones and travel up to 30%.
  • French and/or Spanish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support end to end store planning for new openings, renovations, renewals, and repairs across the Americas
  • Assist with project timelines, layout coordination, and execution in alignment with HQ design direction
  • Track project status, timelines, budgets, and deliverables and upscale risks or delays
  • Coordinate communication between HQ Store Planning, Retail, Finance, landlords, and external partners
  • Support vendor and contractor coordination, scheduling, documentation, and onboarding
  • Assist procurement activities, logistics, and cross-border delivery schedules for materials and fixtures
  • Support quality control checks and documentation to ensure compliance with brand standards
  • Help standardize store planning processes and contribute to supplier and contractor networks

Job description

Summary

The Coordinator, Store Planning (Temporary Assignment) supports the Americas Store Planning team in coordinating new openings, renovations, repairs, and other retail space projects across the region. This role provides operational, technical, and administrative support to ensure projects meet brand standards, timelines, and budgets while coordinating between HQ, local teams, and external partners. The temporary role includes cross‑market coordination for the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and LATAM and requires travel to boutiques as needed.

Responsibilities
