  • Publish weekly tracking documents that are clean, digestible, and leadership‑ready
  • Deliver clear project updates in PowerPoint or Keynote
  • Provide inputs into broader enterprise tracking mechanisms
  • Participate in recurring portfolio reviews, weekly status sessions, and cross‑team working meetings
Deliverables
  • Stores Project Tracker covering construction, fixture, product, and delivery dates and gates. Published weekly.
  • Pop‑Up Project Tracker covering business and brand dates and gates. Published weekly.
  • Inputs into broader company‑wide tracking systems
Key Stakeholders
  • Global design and operations teams

  • Ability to translate project status into polished PowerPoint or Keynote updates
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort surfacing both wins and risks to stakeholders
  • Airtable experience
  • Expertise across the Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
  • Consistent track record of hitting deadlines
Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree (not a hard requirement)
  • PMP certification (nice to have, not required)
  • Project management experience on brick and mortar retail projects, national brands preferred
  • Background in the athletic, apparel, or footwear industry
