Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations of the Walgreens store and pharmacy, drive sales, protect assets, and coach a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer and patient experiences.

The role requires strong retail management experience, flexibility in scheduling, and compliance with state pharmacy regulations. You will influence merchandising, inventory, and staff development across the store.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree with 3 years retail management experience or a HS diploma with 5 years retail management experience.
Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant in WA state OR licensed RPh as soon as possible given state law requirements.

Oversee store and pharmacy operations including opening/closing shifts, delegating tasks and scheduling.
Monitor and improve customer service; train and motivate team members to deliver a distinctive customer and patient experience.
Analyze financial performance and KPIs; develop actions to grow sales and control costs.
Plan inventory, merchandising, and stock levels; manage orders, receiving, pricing and transfers.
Hire, coach, and manage staff performance; ensure training and compliance with policies and laws.
Support community engagement, communications with district/corporate teams, and store events.
