Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 3 years retail management experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant OR licensed RPh as soon as possible given state law requirements.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store and pharmacy operations, including opening/closing, shift changes, task delegation and scheduling.
• Manages merchandising, pricing, stock levels and asset protection to maximize sales and minimize loss.
• Monitors customer service, trains staff, resolves complaints and ensures a distinctive customer and patient experience.
• Analyzes financial performance, KPIs and inventory trends to drive profitability and efficiency.
• Ensures compliance with laws and company policies; leads hiring and staff development.
