Job summary

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles required system start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, greets, assists with products and services, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains store systems knowledge and assists with inventory, pricing, merchandising, and basic maintenance.
