Job summary

Under Store Manager guidance, you will shadow daily operations, lead teams, deliver customer service excellence, and grow in planning, budgeting, and performance management as you progress toward a Store Manager role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years retail management or HS diploma with 5 years retail management.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except Puerto Rico).
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to accept Store Manager assignment if offered.
• Willingness to transfer within the hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens operations and lead full store operations across front-end and pharmacy.
• Shadow Store Manager and assist in leading the store during the learning journey.
• Follow SOPs, gain knowledge of systems, and pursue required certifications.
• Engage customers and patients, resolve issues, and deliver service excellence.
• Monitor performance, coaching, and development for team members.
• Assist in store planning, inventory, pricing, and asset protection.
• Support communications and community events with store leadership.
