Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree required.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the applicable states.
• Certified Immunizer or willingness to become one within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year of pharmacy experience including dispensing, recordkeeping, compliance, operations, software and insurance billing.
• Experience dispensing medications with knowledge of state/federal controlled substance laws.
• Leadership ratings on last performance review (if available) 3.0+ and no disciplinary actions in last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and privacy.
• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Dispense medications accurately and ensure regulatory compliance and policy adherence.
• Oversee pharmacy operations, scheduling, workflows, and staff development.
• Develop strategic opportunities with store leadership and manage IT systems related to pharmacy operations.
• Maintain inventory and drive improvements in pharmacy financials and customer experience.
