Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years retail management, or high school diploma with 5+ years retail management.
• Licensed pharmacy technician or pharmacist (RPh) as required by state law, with up to 12 months to obtain licensure.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: PTCB or ExCPT certification.
• Three years retail management experience including supervising others, managing, and assigning work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store and pharmacy operations, including opening/closing, shift scheduling, and task delegation.
• Manage store finances: register counts, banking, cash reports, and time records.
• Plan and execute merchandising and inventory control to avoid stockouts or overstock.
• Monitor customer service, resolve complaints, and promote a distinctive Walgreens customer experience.
• Lead hiring, training, performance management, and compliance with company policies.
