Competenze

• Minimum Qualifications include 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and training may be required (where applicable).
• Preferred Qualifications include Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership and related Live Better U credentials, plus experience supervising 5+ direct reports.

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training, listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
