Job summary

Walmart is seeking an experienced store leader in Williston, ND to build and guide a high-performing team. You will coach associates, set clear expectations, and drive exceptional customer service through the One Best Way framework.

Responsibilities include supervising daily store operations, optimizing merchandising, managing budget and shrink, and collaborating across levels to implement business initiatives. You will mentor staff and promote inclusion while delivering results.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through training, feedback and clear expectations.
• Oversee store operations, merchandising, and customer service to drive sales.
• Monitor PL/ budgets, control expenses, and reduce shrink.
