Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Management and Leadership preferred.
• Experience leading teams and coaching associates to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and active listening to associates.
• Oversees store operations, merchandising, budgeting and expenses to drive profit.
• Ensures customer service standards and associates engagement via OBW service model.
