Job summary

Walmart is seeking a dynamic leader for a major Albuquerque store to guide and develop teams through training, feedback, and impeccable service. You will drive store profitability by managing budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses while ensuring top-tier customer experience.

You will oversee merchandising, inventory flow, and store operations, while actively promoting a culture of belonging and integrity.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising 5+ direct reports including performance management, mentoring, hiring and firing.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership is listed as preferred in the job description.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through training and feedback.

• Drive store financial performance including budgeting and forecasts.
