Formación

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop teams by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties and recognizing performance.
• Drive store financial performance including reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and merchandising standards, implementing company priorities and Open Door policy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives, promote belonging, and drive continuous improvement.
