Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years college or equivalent experience in retail leadership.
• Retail experience plus supervisory experience qualifies for minimum.
• Training and Open Door policy participation required to support associates.

• Drive customer service excellence and resolve issues per OBW service model.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, merchandising, and shrink reduction to hit sales goals.
