Responsibilities

• Provide analysis, insight and recommendations on store requisition processes, including reporting, req approval and new store staffing
• Data processing and approval of positions and requisitions within our stores based on store level demand needs
• Create and implement process improvement projects that help Company scale and grow our Retail presence
• Own and manage field facing payroll policies and procedures
• Conduct ad hoc analysis in support of retail finance and field leadership
