Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in processing donated goods and sales to meet revenue targets.
• Perform banking procedures including reconciliation of daily statements and deposits.
• Supervise employees and volunteers; provide training as needed.
• Provide friendly customer service and handle transactions.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to cover shifts as needed.
• Operate cash register and ensure proper handling of cash, checks, and cards.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Stock, display and inventory duties as assigned.
