Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Project Manager, Store Operations to lead projects supporting new business development, process improvements, and strategic store initiatives across the retail footprint. You will drive planning, execution, communication, and implementation with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

The role requires at least 4 days per week of in-person work in Deerfield, IL, with travel up to 50% for business purposes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field with 2+ years of Project Management/Store Management experience or a HS Diploma with 5+ years in PM/Store Management

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium projects or workstreams with limited direction
• Establish, monitor, and prioritize project requirements and deadlines
• Manage project plans with a small team (10 or fewer)
• Ensure quality and timeliness within approved budget
• Escalate and resolve conflicts with management
• Prepare standard and ad hoc management reports and presentations
• Communicate project status to stakeholders throughout the lifecycle
