Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with solid academic record or Walgreens Community Internship Program or HS Diploma with two years supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, strong ethics, self-motivation, and business acumen.
• Completion of LEAP or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English; able to work flexible schedules.
• Willingness to relocate or transfer to another Walgreens location if promoted.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters to manage front end and overall operations.
• Supports Store Manager to achieve deliverables and oversees store activities in Manager’s absence.
• Leads recruitment, performance management, discipline, and development for team members.
• Engages customers, resolves complaints, and drives a positive customer experience.
• Monitors operations, scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and adherence to policies.
• Analyzes performance data to drive store improvements and profitability.
• Supports pharmacy operations during busy periods as needed.
• Ensures safety, training, and compliance with laws and company policies.
