• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Store Manager training (LEAP) or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks of start date.

Responsibilities

• Oversees customer service and front-end/store operations to meet company goals.
• Leads team recruitment, performance management, and discipline for direct reports.
• Manages store activities in absence of Store Manager; open/close shifts and schedule management.
• Monitors store merchandising, asset protection, and profitability; collaborates with the District and Center.
