Formación

• 2 years of college or equivalent work experience with supervisory experience.
• For firearms facilities, may require firearms background checks and related training.
• Associates must attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g. Open Door trainings).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop teams; hire, train, mentor, set expectations, and promote belonging.
• Oversee store operations and customer service initiatives; apply OBW/service principles and drive feedback loops.
• Monitor P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and expenses to drive sales and profitability.
• Ensure merchandising, inventory flow, shrink control, and timely seasonal transitions.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and recruit qualified associates to meet staffing needs.
