Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Attends and completes job trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by training and coaching associates and guiding store operations.
• Drive store financial performance by budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses to meet sales goals.
• Ensure customer service excellence and resolve issues using the One Best Way service model.
• Coordinate merchandising, inventory flow, and process improvements across store operations.
