Walmart is seeking a store leader in Hillsborough, NC to drive team performance and a customer-first culture. You will coach hourly associates, manage budgets, and ensure execution of company initiatives while maintaining high service standards.

The role emphasizes talent development, adherence to OBW, and responsible staffing in a fast-paced retail environment with focus on community impact and operational excellence.

Formación

• 2 years of college or equivalent retail/supervisory experience as stated in minimum qualifications.
• Firearms CBC/po­tential background checks may apply for firearm-selling facilities.
• Attendance and completion of required trainings and assessments as listed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop teams by training, feedback, and effective communication.
• Drive store performance through budget, forecasts, and expense control to align with sales goals.
• Ensure customer service standards and One Best Way (OBW) model across all levels.
• Build belonging and inclusion, recruit and develop qualified associates.
• Coordinate stakeholder relationships and plan initiatives to meet customer and business needs.
