CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to join our district-wide team. You will develop relationships with customers, identify storage needs, and guide them to the right storage solutions while delivering a standout experience.

In this role you will perform leasing, process payments, and handle daily tasks such as lock checks and unit showings. The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to diverse customers.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and selling suitable units.
• Provide excellent face-to-face service and build rapport with customers.
• Meet monthly sales goals and manage leasing/payments via POS.
• Perform daily property tasks such as lock checks and unit showings.
