Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead in-store operational execution, oversee freight processes, and drive Food to Floor and weekly recovery routines. You will coach Team Members, ensure safety and compliance, and work closely with the Store Manager to achieve financial and service goals.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on customer engagement, and the ability to manage inventory control responsibilities while upholding store standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous retail leadership required; store operations experience and supervisory experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s in Business or related field preferred.
• Willingness to obtain necessary certifications and operate equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational execution in the store, including freight scheduling, Feed to Floor, weekly recovery, and inventory control oversight.
• Coach and develop Store Team Members and support the Store Manager.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and customer service standards are met.
• Oversee use of equipment like forklift, baler, and POS systems as needed.
