You will manage front-end operations, back-office processes, and staffing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency across the store.

Qualifications

• Oversee store operations and drive brand and operational excellence.
• Coach and develop teammates across departments including Front End, Freight and Operations.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling, safety, LP audits and store processes.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire hourly teammates for the Operations department.
• Monitor payroll and scheduling based on customer traffic and sales reports.
• Lead the customer experience at the Front End with engaging interactions and coaching.
