Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an analytics‑oriented operations analyst to oversee store operations metrics and KPIs (excluding payroll). You will prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly analyses and support strategic initiatives, acting as a liaison between Field Operations and SSC.

You will develop reports to improve performance, manage multi‑source data, and present findings to leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics or related field.
• 1–3+ years in Retail Operations or Project Management.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
• Advanced Excel, SQL, PowerBI and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Compile, analyze and report on store ops metrics weekly, monthly and quarterly.
• Organize Big Data and support enterprise BI initiatives.
• Develop analytics‑led performance models for planning and decision making.
• Identify root causes and propose corrective actions to improve performance.
• Prepare reports from multiple data sources and present to leadership.
