Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in sales, costs, employee retention, customer service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure customers feel welcome and team members are courteous, friendly and service-oriented.
• Supervise that products are prepared and served to brand standards, including portioning and image.
• Assist in opening/closing tasks and coordinate deliveries.
• Provide suggestions to General and Regional Managers and maintain a productive work environment.
• Maintain cash handling and reconciliation procedures and ensure proper attendance.
