Responsibilities

• Understands policies, procedures, standards, guidelines to oversee the store in GM absence
• Ensures customers feel welcome and team is courteous and service-oriented
• Supervises food/products prepared according to brand standards
• Assists with opening, closing and prep lists
• Manages others hands-on in preparing food and assisting deliveries
• Supports store objectives in sales, service, quality, cleanliness through training
• Maintains cash handling and reconciliation procedures
• Fills in to ensure customer service standards and efficient operations
• Assists in product receiving and delivery coordination
• Identifies labor or food cost and takes actions to improve metrics
• Assists in scheduling labor according to activity and budget
• Maintains confidentiality per EEO guidelines
• Also maintains overall store cleanliness and organization
