Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Firearms CBC/preflight checks may be required for certain facilities.
• Attendance and completion of required trainings (Academy/Open Door).
• Experience supervising and developing a team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, and providing feedback.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer needs and issues are resolved through effective action plans and service initiatives.
• Promote a culture of belonging, integrity, and high standards while guiding staff and operations.
