Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training and listening to associates.
• Drive store financial performance by managing budgets, forecasts and expenses.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates.
• Ensure compliance with policies and ethics through Open Door Policy.
