Qualifications
- 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervision; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervision.
- Experience leading teams and coaching through training and feedback.
- Strong focus on customer service standards and employee development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop store teams through training and feedback.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service using the OBW service model.
- Drive store financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Supervise and develop hourly associates; hire, train, and mentor.
- Coordinate activities with key stakeholders to meet customer and business needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and integrity standards.
