You will oversee merchandise handling, collaborate with the store leadership team on policies, and uphold company standards while resolving issues to maintain quality service. This role emphasizes teamwork and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred).
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar position or specialization.
• Skill operating a POS system, other in-store computerized systems, and telephone.
• Effective communication skills; able to exchange ideas and information with the store leadership team, associates, and consumers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day work of associate level staff.
• Provide direction and guidance, training, and coaching to associates to ensure efficient operations and proper store procedures.
• Supervise assigned department of responsibility, overseeing profitability by handling merchandise.
• Create and maintain store culture through teamwork and coaching, leading by example.
• Collaborate with the store leadership team on policies and standards for assigned areas.
• Maintain company standards and procedures; ensure adherence and resolve issues.
