Job summary

The Brobston Group is seeking an Associate Manager to support store strategy, profitability, and operations. You will help lead the team, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and uphold brand standards.

You will analyze business trends, recruit and coach staff, manage inventory and store processes, and communicate opportunities and performance to leadership. This role requires flexibility including evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Retail management or similar experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication, business acumen, planning, prioritization, and time management.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift or move items as required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business trends and support strategic planning and execution.
• Lead client development and community outreach initiatives.
• Recruit, coach, and develop employees in partnership with the General Manager.
• Manage store processes, inventory control, productivity, and shrink goals.
• Promote new selling technologies and maintain sales floor and store standards.
• Communicate business opportunities, performance trends, and feedback to leadership.
