Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager with managing budgeted sales and expenses to revenue.
• Operate cash register accurately and handle cash, checks, receipts, returns, discounts, and cards.
• Perform banking procedures, including reconciliation of daily statements and deposits.
• Train and supervise store employees in retail procedures.
• Display and model excellent customer service.
• Maintain store per company policies on housekeeping, safety and security.
• Perform stocking, display, and inventory duties.
• Process merchandise orders and transportation requests.
• Work a flexible schedule to meet store needs.
• Follow dress code and present a professional example.
• Promote empowerment and continuous improvement; encourage input and decisions.
• Assist with equal opportunity employment efforts and harassment prevention.
• Provide own transportation and maintain liability insurance.
• Regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Comply with agency policies and safety standards; safety training adherence.
