Job summary

Tekkie Town in Cape Town is seeking an Operations Administrator to support daily operational workflows across the division. You will consolidate operational docs, SOPs, and compliance directives for store teams, manage data entry for assets, and assist with logistics and travel for team members.

You will liaise with Finance, HR and Store Managers to ensure reporting accuracy, audits and timely responses to store requests, contributing to high operational standards.

Qualifications

• Matric (National Senior Certificate) is essential.
• A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience supporting operational workflows, budgeting and reporting is required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in preparation, consolidation and dissemination of SOPs, compliance directives and operational bulletins.
• Coordinating administrative workflows, logistics support, data entry and record management for assets and supplies.
• Providing administrative and operational support to stores and field teams, responding to queries and requests.
• Conducting operational audits and compliance checks to maintain high standards.
• Facilitating communication between Operations, Finance, HR, Store Managers and external providers.
• General Administration as required.
• Collate in-store and operational information.
• Travel coordination for team members and related payments.
• Calendar management.
