Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance. This role ensures smooth operations when the manager is offsite and leads opening/closing procedures to maintain a high standard of service.

You will supervise crews, coach colleagues, manage customer inquiries, and help maintain merchandising standards and product displays across the store. A full-time, flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crew and drive execution.
